How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, choose your size and colour, and tap “Add to bag”. When you’re ready, open your bag and proceed to checkout. You’ll need a free account so we can share order updates with you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery across India — you can pay the delivery partner by cash or UPI. Online prepaid payments (UPI, cards, netbanking) are coming soon.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above. For smaller orders, a flat fee of ₹49 applies.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from Navi Mumbai and usually arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your PIN code.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel from “My orders” any time before it is shipped. Once shipped, you can refuse the delivery or request a return after receiving it.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed and have their original tags and packaging. Innerwear, opened beauty items and customised products are not returnable.
How will I get my refund for a COD order?
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made to your bank account or UPI ID once the returned item passes a quality check — typically within 5–7 business days.
How do I find the right size?
Each product lists its available sizes. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. Our support team is happy to help with specific measurements.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order comes with a tax invoice issued by Advisconsul E-Services Private Limited (GSTIN 27ABFCA1336C1Z6). You can download it any time from “My orders”.
